Associated with Aiisa and Nadca, OCM Clima employs ASCS professionals (Air System Cleaning Specialist) that plan reclaiming and sanitizing interventions and oversee the job of highly qualified technicians so to guarantee optimal results.
OUR SERVICES:
- Aeraulic plant’s analysis by specialized ASCS technician;
- External structural Check and plan of places to access to ducts;
- Video inspection (by video Inspector wire-guided with HD color camera connected to LCD monitor ) , and record of images and videos;
- Prior analysis of dust and bacteria to ascertain the health status of the plant;
- Reclamation of pipelines, Fan Coil , AHU and sanitizing system using suitable equipment and specific products;
- At the end of the work, Check with pads and withdrawals of the reclamation carried out and of the results obtained;
- Plant and air’s health and hygiene’s certification;
If necessary, it is possible to substitute ducts and reclaim through coating (encapsulation with sanitizing product).
A special booklet is realized with all the maintenance activities done and the deadline for the next check.
